Message dated June 25 and received June 29, stating the Governor                                    
signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled                                
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
          SENATE BILL NO. 340 "An Act relating to the                                               
          detention of delinquent minors in correctional                                            
          facilities; relating to emergency detention of minors                                     
          for evaluation for involuntary admission for mental                                       
          health treatment; relating to detention of intoxicated                                    
          minors and minors incapacitated by alcohol or drugs;
